Current listed buffet prices are 349 DKK for adults, 179 DKK for children aged 3 to 12, and free for children aged 0 to 2. Reservations are recommended, because the hotel does not guarantee a table without one. That is worth knowing if you arrive after a long park day and expect to just walk in.
Parking At LEGOLAND Castle Hotel
Parking at LEGOLAND Castle Hotel is paid parking in front of the hotel. Guests need to register the vehicle on arrival and pay using the QR code at reception, the APCOA Flow app, or the EasyPark app.
There is one major exception. If you have a valid parking pass or an EXTREME season pass, parking can be 0 DKK, but the pass must be shown at reception when you arrive. This is something I would not ignore, because incorrect registration or missing payment can lead to fines.
For a roadtrip style visit, I would check parking rules again shortly before arrival, because parking systems and app requirements can change. Still, the official setup is clear, paid parking unless covered by a pass.

It is also a strong choice for families with younger children who still fully believe in themed environments. The hotel is built to feel like a continuation of the park. For children, walking from LEGOLAND into a LEGO castle hotel can feel much more special than driving to a standard hotel room.
For adults without children, it depends. If you are a LEGO fan, a theme park fan, or someone who loves unusual hotels, it can still be interesting. But if you want peace, silence, minimal design, and a normal hotel atmosphere, this is probably not the right place. LEGOLAND Castle Hotel is colorful, family focused, playful, and clearly made around kids.

The downside is price. The listed room prices are not low, and families also need to consider park tickets, food, parking, souvenirs, and travel costs. A stay here can quickly become a premium family trip rather than a simple hotel night.
My honest take, based on the information available and seeing the hotel from outside, is that LEGOLAND Castle Hotel is not just accommodation. It is part of the attraction. That makes the price easier to understand, but not automatically cheap. If I visited Billund again and wanted a full LEGO resort experience, I would seriously consider it for one night, especially after a long day at LEGOLAND.
