We stopped at Oppdalsporten Fagerhaug as a coffee and restroom break between Støren, where we stayed at Støren Hotel and had dinner at Restaurant Torino, and our next hotel near the Atlantic Ocean Road close to Molde and Vestnes. The design immediately caught our attention. The traditional log buildings with grass roofs look almost like something out of a Nordic fairytale. Since we had to refuel anyway, this became the perfect strategic stop.
